Assistant Project Manager

Aaron VanderBeken officially joined VanderBeken Remodel in 2025 as an Assistant Project Manager, bringing hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to continue developing his skills in residential remodeling.

Before joining VanderBeken, Aaron worked on a farm, an experience that taught him how to manage people, solve problems quickly, and keep work moving efficiently. After relocating to the East Coast, he gained hands-on remodeling experience and developed skills in construction, craftsmanship, and project execution. Today, he continues to build on that foundation as part of the VanderBeken production team.

In his role, Aaron supports the Project Manager and steps in wherever he is needed to help keep projects moving forward. Dependable and flexible, he takes pride in working efficiently, paying attention to the details, and helping the team deliver quality work from the early stages of construction through completion.

Aaron particularly enjoys rough and finish carpentry and appreciates being involved in a project from the underlying structure through the final details. He also enjoys painting and seeing how a clean, well-executed finish can bring the entire project together. One of the things he values most about remodeling is the opportunity to continually learn new skills and gain a broader understanding of the many trades and details that contribute to a successful project.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys hiking, camping, golfing, playing soccer, running, and finding new ways to stay active outdoors. He also gives back to the sport he enjoys by volunteering as a high school head soccer coach, where he has another opportunity to put his leadership and teamwork skills into practice.
