We are a boutique, family-owned design-build firm dedicated to creating jaw-dropping home transformations throughout South Snohomish County. Our mission is to provide exceptional design, clear communication, and a seamless process—ensuring homeowners feel confident, excited, and taken care of from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Be the Face of Excellence – Represent VanderBeken Remodel with professionalism and expertise, guiding clients through their remodeling journey with clarity and confidence. Listen deeply to their needs, goals, and investment targets to create spaces that truly reflect their vision.

Master the Design Workflow – Lead the design and planning process, from assessing existing spaces to developing schematic drawings, space plans, and concepts that blow clients away. Ensure feasibility, function, and beauty in every project.

Champion Quality & Innovation – Stay up to date on design trends, materials, finishes, and construction techniques, ensuring every design aligns with the latest innovations, local building codes, and client preferences.

Enhance the Client Experience – Engage with homeowners in a way that builds trust, excitement, and confidence. Proactively address questions, guide decisions, and ensure they feel supported throughout the process.

Continuously Improve Project Coordination & Communication – Work seamlessly with trade partners, suppliers, and our production team to bring designs to life. Maintain detailed documentation, daily logs, and clear communication to keep projects running smoothly.

What You Bring

✔ Exceptional interpersonal skills – You’re a strong communicator who thrives in a team environment and knows how to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

✔ Expertise in design software – Proficiency in Chief Architect (or similar) and an eye for detail in project requirements and specifications.

✔ Strong organizational skills – You’re able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with ease.

✔ Deep knowledge of design principles – You understand space planning, materials, construction techniques, and the full design|build process.
