Meet Ron VanderBeken

Ron VanderBeken began working in the building industry as a college student looking for a way to pay the bills while he completed his degree at Seattle Pacific University. While he established his career as an educator, he found that spending his summers working in construction was a good way to supplement his income and satisfy his desire to work with his hands. Through the years he continued to make strides in his knowledge base and experience and in 1998 came to a career crossroads. It was then that Ron decided to commit to the building industry full-time and took a position as a project manager for a custom home builder. Ten years later the opportunity came about for Ron and his wife Jennifer to step out on their own in creating VanderBeken Remodel & Repair LLC dba VanderBeken Remodel.

Ron is a BIAW (Building Industry Association of Washington) Certified Builder and holds a CAPS designation with the National Association of Home Builders. Educating and guiding clients through the process of the design and production of their project is an important aspect of collaboration and Ron works diligently to provide an exceptionally positive client experience.

One of the ways Ron balances his work/life balance is teaching a weekly art class at a small classical school in Marysville where his kids attend.
