Remodeling Solution

By keeping the original layout intact, we reimagined this primary bathroom with modern materials and elevated details. The vanity now features Euro-style frameless custom walnut cabinetry with soft-close drawers, double sinks, and brushed satin nickel hardware. Above it, a custom 85” x 40” flat-polished mirror with soft LED backlighting appears to float, while a Verdera Series Kohler mirrored cabinet nearby adds extra storage.

A crisp quartzite slab tops the deep undermount sinks, harmonizing with the freestanding tub’s tone and texture. Sleek Delta Trinsic faucets in stainless steel complement the satin nickel bar pulls, creating a cohesive, contemporary look.

Radiant in-floor heating ensures the Statements Jewel Encore porcelain tiles are warm and inviting underfoot, extending seamlessly onto the shower floor and walls for a unified design. To add visual interest, a recessed shampoo niche is lined with matte-finished 3” x 3” Cortina porcelain tile in Pegasus White.

Blending accessibility with luxury, the spacious shower features a Delta shower system and a three-panel heavy glass enclosure with brushed nickel hardware, tying it visually to the walnut vanity.

Across from the shower, a classic white Signature Hardware Boyce 70” freestanding soaking tub sits beneath a picture window, offering serene treetop views. Thoughtfully placed potted plants throughout the space reinforce the bathroom’s connection to nature, creating a tranquil, spa-like retreat.
