This upstairs hall bathroom was largely unused in a busy household of five due to its lack of functionality. The sloped ceiling made standing in the tub/shower impractical, and the aging 1960s plumbing was leaking and in poor condition. Remodeling Solution

The floorplan of this upstairs bathroom was reimagined to maximize functionality without removing any walls. The tub was replaced with a shower, now positioned where the toilet once was. Thanks to a glass shower wall and door, natural light from the window floods the space, making the narrow 6’5” x 13” bathroom feel open and airy.

The homeowners chose a freestanding vanity with white shaker-style doors, designed to resemble a piece of furniture rather than a traditional built-in, complementing the Manoa LVP flooring.
