The transformation of this home was achieved through a thoughtful garage conversion followed by a 1,100-square-foot addition, dramatically enhancing both space and functionality. The new entryway now features a welcoming powder room and cozy reading nook, while the expanded layout includes a hall bath, a spacious bedroom, and an airy, light-filled living room. French doors off the living room open onto a beautiful stone patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
